Knockdown rebuilds typically take 10 to 16 months when factoring in demolition and a new development application. Timelines vary based on design complexity, council area, and site conditions. The Project

This Calderwood build was one of the most enjoyable projects the TAG Homes team has delivered. The client arrived with a clear and confident brief — a moody farmhouse aesthetic that felt personal, expressive and a little unexpected. The team embraced it wholeheartedly.

Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across 240 square metres, completed in just eight months. The result is a home that feels genuinely one of a kind, designed around the person who lives in it rather than a generic brief.
