A knockdown rebuild duplex in Oak Flats that set a new valuation record for the suburb and was a finalist in the 2024 HIA NSW Region Townhouse and Villa of the Year awards.
The Project
This Oak Flatsknockdown rebuild delivered two high-end dwellings across 230 square metres, each with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms finished to an elevated Australian coastal standard. The design makes full use of the block and creates homes that feel generous, considered and genuinely distinctive.
The result spoke for itself at valuation. This project set a duplex record for the suburb, a clear signal of what thoughtful design and careful construction deliver in the current Illawarra market.
