Oak Flats Duplex

A knockdown rebuild duplex in Oak Flats that set a new valuation record for the suburb and earned a Housing Industry Association NSW finalist position for Townhouse and Villa of the Year.

The Project

This Oak Flats knockdown rebuild delivered two high-end dwellings across 230 square metres, each with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms finished to an elevated Australian coastal standard. The design makes full use of the block and creates homes that feel generous, considered and genuinely distinctive.

The result spoke for itself at valuation. This project set a duplex record for the suburb, a clear signal of what thoughtful design and careful construction deliver in the current Illawarra market.

Industry Recognition

The project was named a finalist in the Housing Industry Association NSW Townhouse and Villa of the Year awards, placing it among the strongest residential builds in the state.
