Awards judged by industry peers are the closest thing our trade has to an independent report card. TAG Homes won the Medium Density Projects, Dual Occupancy category at the 2026 Master Builders NSW Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards for the Henrietta Street duplex in Towradgi. The project is a knockdown rebuild that delivered two full dwellings on one Illawarra block, finished in a rustic modern Mediterranean style. See the Towradgi duplex.
2026 Master Builders NSW Excellence in Housing Awards (state), finalist

2024 HIA NSW Region Start-up Business Award, winner
TAG Homes won the 2024 HIA NSW Region Start-up Business Award. This is a business award rather than a project award, judged on how the company has been built and run since it was founded in late 2020.

TAG Homes was a finalist for the 2024 HIA NSW Region Emerging Builder award. Like the Start-up Business Award, this recognises the builder as a business rather than a single home.

The Penrith custom home was a finalist for the 2023 HIA NSW Region Custom Built Home award. The home is a four-bedroom knockdown rebuild that blends Scandinavian barn influences with a contemporary Australian coastal look, built during the period when TAG Homes took on work across Greater Sydney.
