A knockdown rebuild duplex in the heart of Towradgi, delivered in a rustic modern Mediterranean style with premium finishes throughout.

The Project

This Towradgi knockdown rebuild is one of our most considered projects to date. Working closely with the clients from the earliest design phase, we delivered two full dwellings on a well-positioned Illawarra block, each finished to a standard that reflects what boutique custom building looks like when design and construction work together from day one.

The homes feature generous open plan living and dining downstairs, anchored by a beautiful custom kitchen with high-end appliances and quality joinery. The living spaces are large, light-filled and designed for everyday comfort as much as entertaining.

Finishes and Features

Each dwelling includes 2.5 bathrooms finished to a high standard, engineered oak flooring through the main living areas, and solar and battery systems for long-term energy efficiency. The Mediterranean design language runs through every detail, from the facade through to the interior palette, creating homes that feel cohesive, considered and built to last.
