Woonona Duplex

A knockdown rebuild duplex in Woonona, designed to maximise investment potential while delivering an elevated modern Australian Coastal aesthetic.

The Project

This Woonona knockdown rebuild delivered two complete dwellings across 400 square metres, each finished to a level that sets a benchmark for dual occupancy in the northern Illawarra. Eight bedrooms and five bathrooms are split across both homes, with the design making full use of the block while creating residences that feel generous, light-filled and genuinely liveable.

The brief centred on land value maximisation without compromising the finish. TAG Homes built the project to the documented plans provided by the client's designer, coordinating the consultants and trades through every stage of construction from demolition through to handover.

Design and Finishes

The design draws on modern Australian coastal influences, with a clean facade, a considered material palette, and interiors that carry the same level of finish from the ground floor through to the upper level. The consistency across both dwellings is deliberate, and reflects the way TAG Homes runs a consistent trade base across every build.
