Vincentia Duplex Under Construction

A new duplex build underway in Vincentia on the NSW South Coast. Currently in certification, with construction to commence shortly. Details and photos will be added as the project progresses.

The Project

This Vincentia duplex is being built to plans already in place with the owners' designer. The project has worked through the approval process and is currently in certification via AIS Certifiers in Nowra, the path TAG Homes uses for Shoalhaven Council work where a complying development certificate is the right fit for the site.

Vincentia is the southern edge of TAG Homes' current service area, and Shoalhaven builds carry their own rhythm. Council timelines run longer than Wollongong or Shellharbour, and the coastal conditions call for careful specification from the start. Duplex work in particular benefits from careful subdivision and title planning alongside construction scheduling. Getting the certification pathway right is a significant part of keeping the project moving on a realistic timeline.

Build Status

Current stage: certification, with construction scheduled to begin in the coming weeks. Site preparation and foundation works are the immediate next phase, followed by slab, frame, lockup, fixout, and handover for both dwellings. Progress photos and full project details will be added to this page as the build advances.
