Bulli Duplex Under Construction

The Project

This Bulli duplex is being built to plans provided by the owners' designer. Works have reached slab stage, which marks the start of the structural build. Framing, lockup, fixout, and handover lie ahead across the coming months.

Bulli is a northern Illawarra suburb that suits duplex and dual occupancy builds well, with established streetscapes, coastal proximity, and blocks that reward careful design. Build Status

Current stage: slab. Site preparation and foundation works are complete, and the concrete slab has been poured. Framing is the next phase, followed by roofing, lockup, fixout, and handover. Progress photos and finished project details will be added to this page as the build advances.
