The Project

This Calderwood custom home is being built to plans provided by the owner's designer. The build entered lockup stage recently, meaning the external envelope is complete, the roof is on, and the home is weatherproof. Fixout, finishes, and final works are ahead.

Calderwood is a growing South Coast community, and new builds in the area benefit from careful design for orientation, outlook, and block conditions. Build Status

Current stage: lockup. The external envelope is weatherproof, with roofing and external cladding in place. Internal linings, fixtures, joinery, and finishes are the next phases of work.
