Caddens Dual Occupancy

TAG Homes' very first custom home, a dual occupancy build in Caddens that maximised a development block with a large family home and detached studio apartment.

The Project

Every builder has a first project. This Caddens dual occupancy is ours. A 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom build across 400 square metres, it set the tone for everything TAG Homes has built since.

The development maximised the available land with a large 4-bedroom main house and a detached double garage with a self-contained studio apartment above. Practical, considered and efficient, it delivered genuine dual occupancy value from the very first project we ever handed over.

About This Build

Built by TAG Homes, based in Unanderra. Winner of the 2024 Housing Industry Association Regional Startup Business Award and finalist for the 2025 Housing Industry Association NSW Emerging Builder of the Year. NSW Builder's Licence 369859C.
