Silverdale dual occupancy facade — Australian Coastal design by TAG Homes

Silverdale Dual Occupancy

A custom dual occupancy build in Silverdale that set a suburb sales record, featuring a warm Australian Coastal aesthetic across a main house and attached granny flat.

The Project

This Silverdale dual occupancy delivered a 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom main house and attached granny flat across 277 square metres, designed to make brilliant use of space and budget without compromising on finish quality.

The result set a sales record for the suburb and attracted features from three of Australia's leading building and interiors brands — Temple and Webster, James Hardie and Dahlsen's Builder's Trademark Publication. A strong outcome for a build positioned around affordability and liveability in equal measure.

Design and Finishes

The Australian Coastal aesthetic runs warmly through both dwellings — considered tones, quality materials and a relaxed, resort-like quality that makes coming home feel like an arrival somewhere special. The granny flat is finished to the same standard as the main house, creating a cohesive whole rather than an afterthought attached to the side.
