The Project

This Silverdale custom home proves that an affordable build and an exceptional result are not mutually exclusive. At 230 square metres, the home makes brilliant use of every square metre — 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms arranged with the kind of considered planning that makes a compact home feel genuinely generous.

The finished product set a sales record for 4-bedroom homes in the suburb. A strong result that reflects the quality of the design and the standard of construction.

Design and Finishes

The Scandi twist on a contemporary farmhouse aesthetic is carried through every detail — timeless black accents, warm interior tones and clean lines that give the home a calm, elevated quality. The feel is best described as a warm Tasmanian retreat, effortlessly stylish without trying too hard.
