The Project

This Fairy Meadow knockdown rebuild delivered two modern coastal dwellings, each with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, on a well-positioned Wollongong block. The brief focused on investment optimisation without compromising on design quality — the result speaks for itself.

The project attracted strong interest before it even hit the market. At completion, a buyer who had watched the build approached the client directly and purchased off market. A great outcome and a testament to the quality of the finished product.
