The Project

This Woonona duplex is being built to plans provided by the owners' designer. The build has progressed through slab and framing, and the roof is now on. Lockup, fixout, and final works lie ahead before the project reaches handover.

Woonona is one of TAG Homes' most frequent build locations. The northern Illawarra suburb suits duplex and dual occupancy builds well, with block sizes, zoning, and market demand that make the numbers stack up for landowners and investors. Build Status

Current stage: roof on. The slab has cured, framing is complete, and the roof structure is in place. Lockup comes next, followed by fixout and handover. Progress photos and full project details will be added to this page as the build reaches later stages.
